Manager – Fund Accounting (CFO Support Services)
In this role, you will lead core financial operations including vendor payments, budgeting, cash management, and maintaining accurate records, while managing fund administrator relationships and overseeing NAV reporting, fee calculations, audits, and tax filings. You'll also evaluate and improve accounting processes, support strategic client engagement, and contribute to team development through active participation and training.
What you’ll do- Collaborate with the client lead to build and maintain strong relationships through direct communication with multiple clients.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by mentoring junior staff and actively participating in training and development.
- Oversee financial operations including budgeting, vendor payments, cash management, and maintaining accurate records.
- Advise clients on accounting matters, manage fund administrator interactions, and support audits, NAV reviews, and tax filings.
- Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes, monitor engagement efficiency, and contribute to strategic client growth initiatives.

- The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($80,000 - $125,000).
- Over 7 years of experience in the alternative investment management industry, including hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and real estate.
- Bachelor's in accounting, with CPA certification preferred and in‑house experience considered a plus.
- Strong management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast‑paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as Quick Books, , Expensify, Net Suite, and Sage.
