Financial Advisor | Financial Services Practice

Barnum Financial Group is seeking motivated professionals to build a career as a Financial Advisor by developing client relationships and establishing their own financial services practice. The role supports client meetings, the development of financial strategies across key planning areas, and the pursuit of required industry licenses.

This independent-contractor opportunity emphasizes client-facing advisory work for individuals, families, and business owners, along with the responsibility of developing and managing a personal business. Training, mentoring, coaching, and professional development are included to support ongoing growth.

• Build and grow your own client relationships and professional network
• Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to understand financial goals
• Create financial strategies covering protection, retirement, investments, and long-term financial planning
• Educate clients on financial products and strategies aligned to their needs
• Develop and manage your own business
• Participate in training, mentoring, coaching, and professional development
• Strengthen relationships within your community and professional network
• Work toward obtaining appropriate industry licenses, including a Life & Health License and Series Licenses

This is an independent-contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation
. Compensation may include commissions, GDC payouts, renewal commissions, and, where applicable, allowances and bonuses.

Pay range:
USD 50,000 to 100,000 per year
. Earnings vary based on production, experience, product mix, and other factors.
