Service Now - IT Operations Management (ITOM) Senior Consultant - Tech Consulting
Join EY’s global consulting practice as a Service Now Senior Consultant focused on IT Operations Management and CMDB transformation. In this client‑visible role you will design, develop and deploy Service Now solutions, lead cross‑functional teams, and build lasting client relationships for EY’s industry leaders.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end Service Now ITOM/CMDB projects, including design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, develop UI/UX across mobile, web and tablet platforms, and deliver clean, maintainable code.
- Work closely with multi‑disciplinary teams (offshore and onsite) to ensure project objectives are met on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
- Act as a process and design lead, facilitating workshops, requirements reviews, and solution sessions with functional and business subject matter experts.
- Travel to client sites as required to engage stakeholders and support on‑site delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years of Service Now ITOM/CMDB project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum of 2 Service Now certifications such as:
Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping. - 3+ years of consulting experience with a Big 4 or equivalent firm.
- Strong communication, teamwork, problem solving and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license in the U.S. and willingness to travel.
- Service Now ITSM/HAM/SAM or other domain certifications.
- Experience with Service Now AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
- Performance analytics and reporting knowledge.
- A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a competitive base salary range of $102,500 to $187,900.
