• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop, maintain, and automate performance dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Analytics: Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; support data-driven decision-making.
• Industry Research: Conduct macroeconomic, industry/market, regional, and competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic initiatives.
• AI & Digitalization: Explore and recommend AI and digital transformation tools to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and innovation.
• Pitch Writing & Web Content: Create compelling pitch decks, business proposals, and web content aligned with brand voice and strategic goals.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Train and support team members on tools, processes, and best practices in analytics and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives.
• Teamwork: Contribute to creative thinking, support the team, and facilitate change through a teamwork approach.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Data/Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and AI applications.
• Proficiency in software solutions such as Salesforce, Tableau, Knime, Power Automate, and Microsoft Suite (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Interest and understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems, software, and tools as they arise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
