We are seeking a hands‑on Software Developer with 3–5 years of experience building solutions on Microsoft 365 and Azure. You will develop modern SharePoint solutions, .NET Core APIs, and Azure Functions; automate operational tasks with Power Shell; and contribute to secure, scalable cloud services. Familiarity with Copilot, the Azure ecosystem, and M365 is a plus.

• Build SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx (React), Microsoft Graph, and modern SharePoint patterns.
• Develop and maintain .NET Core REST APIs with secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0.
• Create Azure Functions for serverless processing and integrations; implement monitoring and scaling best practices.
• Automate operational tasks with Power Shell and integrate scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and manage Azure AD (Entra ) app registrations, permissions, and secure integration with Microsoft Graph API.
• Work within enterprise governance and Dev Ops practices: environment separation, architecture approvals, source control, CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Document APIs and workflows; use Postman for API testing and validation.

Compensation

The below annualized base pay range is a broad range based on analysis of similar positions in the market. The actual base pay for the position may be above or below the listed range and determined by a number of considerations, including but not limited to complexity, location, and scope of the role, along with experience, skills, education, training, and other conditions of employment.

Base salary represents one component of Allied World’s comprehensive total reward package, which may also include annual incentive compensation rewards.

• Must-Have Qualifications
• Graduate with 3–5 years of development experience on Microsoft/Azure stacks.
• SharePoint Online & SPFx (React/Type Script), Microsoft Graph.
• .NET Core (C#) for REST APIs with OAuth 2.0 flows.
• Azure Functions development and deployment.
• Power Shell scripting for automation.
• Hands-on with Azure AD app registrations and Graph API.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub Actions for CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio and Postman for API testing.
• Strong understanding of cloud security and RBAC.
• Nice-to-Have
• Familiarity with Copilot (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio).
• Broad experience across the Azure ecosystem (App Service, Storage, Key Vault, Monitor).
• M365 breadth (Teams apps, Power Automate/Apps) is a plus.
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Bicep).
