Junior Business Analyst – Reporting & Analytics Position Overview

All Work is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support day-to-day reporting and analytics across the organization. This role works closely with teams including Customer Success, HR, Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver accurate reporting, answer business questions, and improve data processes as the company scales.

The position offers hands‑on experience in business intelligence, dashboard development, and practical analytics with strong growth potential.

• Serve as the first point of contact for reporting and data requests.

• Gather context, clarify business questions, and deliver accurate outputs.

• Build and maintain dashboards in Sigma for reliable performance reporting.

• Create ad hoc reports and summaries for internal teams and occasional client needs.

• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and align on data definitions.

• Document reporting logic to ensure consistency and repeatability.

• Combine and reconcile datasets, including mapping external data sources.

• Support improvements to reporting workflows, templates, and documentation.

• Assist with larger analytics initiatives by gathering requirements and validating outputs.

• Support rollout of reporting solutions to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or analytics work accepted).

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, templates).

• Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests.

• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.

• SQL knowledge or willingness to learn.

• Python familiarity (optional).

• Experience working with queries and data reconciliation.

• Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 a year
