Jr. Application Support Analyst

Project Overview

This role will provide support to People Soft HR and Financial systems and assist in troubleshooting any issues. Address and resolve People Soft system issues while interacting with the user base.

• Assist users with the use of People Soft based systems, addressing issues they might have and educating them in usage of these applications.
• Respond to support‑related inquiries for application‑related questions and issues.
• Assist with assorted ad‑hoc training for various teams utilizing People Soft applications.
• Prepare and maintain end‑user procedures and training/user guides for People Soft related functionality.
• Will also be involved in system administrative duties from time to time.

• 1 year+ of experience as a “power user” or application support, ideally with ERP platforms such as People Soft or Workday.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills and customer‑service support as well as organizational skills required.
• Driven, positive attitude, with an appetite to learning.

• BS in Computer Science or similar degree.
• Additional certifications preferred, but not required.
