You will play an active role in leading the evaluation and deployment of modern content and experience platforms while shaping a scalable architecture that enables shared content management across channels.

This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence. You will be expected to stay hands‑on in the implementation while coordinating and holding accountable system integrators and platform providers, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders across the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical evaluation of intranet and public website platforms, defining requirements, architecture, and success criteria
  • Own end‑to‑end implementation of selected platforms, from architecture and integration design through deployment
  • Act as the technical lead and active contributor in implementation (configuration, integration, and where applicable, development)
  • Define and champion a cohesive content management vision, including shared or federated CMS capabilities across platforms
  • Establish scalable, secure, and maintainable system architecture, including APIs, integrations, and content models
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems (e.g., identity management, CRM, analytics, client website)
  • Direct and coordinate external platform vendors and implementation partners
  • Review technical designs, code, and deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with standards
  • Oversee post‑launch support model, including issue resolution, enhancements, and platform evolution
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including Marketing, Communications, Corporate Strategy and other business stakeholders, to translate business needs into technical solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Partner with Information Security to implement best practices in authentication, authorization, and data protection
  • Establish governance models for content, access, and platform usage
Qualifications
  • Significant hands‑on experience implementing public website and/or intranet platforms (e.g., Drupal, Staffbase, Interact, or similar)
  • Strong background in modern web architecture (APIs, headless CMS, microservices, cloud platforms)
  • Ability to contribute directly to implementation (configuration, scripting, integration, and/or development)
  • Familiarity with digital experience platforms (DXPs), personalization, analytics, and SEO
  • Experience with content modeling, taxonomy, and multi‑channel content delivery
  • Experience working alongside and directing third‑party vendors and system integrators
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Self‑motivated and deadline focused
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills (able to handle multiple priorities)
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
