This role works closely with product, program, software, and operations stakeholders to improve Customer Returns and ReCommerce processes and tools, supporting new business needs and ensuring the best associate and customer experience.

• Operational capabilities to support new business needs
• Operational processes to reduce cost through performance efficiencies
• Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance, quality, and scalability
• Field tools and dashboards to assist with execution of core pillars
• Shared projects with other WWR&R teams (NCRC, ReCommerce, ROE Programs, Tech) as cross‑functional stakeholders
• Create dashboards and track success metrics

The Program Managers of the OI team own scoping, designing, and implementing the initiatives listed in the Key Responsibilities.

The ReLo Ops Integration (RLOI) team innovates across all aspects of ReLo UTR operations (Crets, AW, Specialty, External Repairs) to drive performance efficiencies while maintaining or raising the quality bar.

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams

• 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied organizational levels
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
