Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager

We're partnering with a growing consumer products company seeking a Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager to help drive online growth across brand-owned channels, retailer websites, and marketplaces. This role blends hands-on digital marketing execution with eCommerce management and is ideal for someone who enjoys optimizing content, analyzing performance, and supporting online sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Amazon and other eCommerce channels, along with a strong foundation in digital marketing.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in office in the Lyndhurst area offering a competitive base salary, benefits package and bonus opportunity.

• Manage and execute digital marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing, website content, and online campaigns.
• Maintain and optimize website content, landing pages, product information, and digital assets.
• Support content development for product launches, promotions, and ongoing marketing programs.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on key marketing KPIs and business objectives.
• Manage and enhance product listings across Amazon, eCommerce marketplaces, and retailer websites.
• Partner with retail and distribution partners to ensure product content, imagery, and digital shelf presence remain accurate and optimized.
• Support online merchandising initiatives, promotions, and new product launches across digital channels.
• Analyze eCommerce performance metrics, shopper behavior, conversion trends, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to support broader business objectives.
• Stay current on emerging trends in digital marketing, eCommerce, AI-driven search, and online consumer behavior.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, marketplace management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon listings, content, merchandising, advertising, and marketplace performance.
• Experience supporting online sales through retailer websites, marketplaces, or distribution partners.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, website management, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with web analytics and performance reporting tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
