Data Admin Analyst Senior
Location:
Pulse Point location at 111 Wood Ave S., Suite 220, Iselin, NJ 08830. This role is hybrid—required to work in‑office 3–4 days per week.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- Design and construct difficult to very difficult metadata repository architectural changes and maintain specification documentation.
- Analyze and troubleshoot medium to difficult metadata repository problems.
- Design and build complex metadata reports and conduct quality reviews.
- Implement, upgrade, and maintain vendor supplied metadata, master data, and information quality software and other third‑party solutions.
- Collect, clean, catalog, and deliver master data with minimal guidance and supervision.
- Perform system administration duties with little supervision.
- Perform data profiling and data quality analysis with guidance and supervision.
- Communicate with and mentor junior associates.
- Design, implement, and deploy enterprise marketing data solutions using cloud‑based technologies.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain data‑related micro‑service architectures, scalable and fault‑tolerant pipelines.
- Transform, clean data to develop insights, forecasts, segmentation schemes, and data‑driven analyses.
- Prepare data for machine‑learning algorithms and collaborate with data scientists.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Five years of related experience.
- Five years designing complex data models and engineering solutions for data warehouses from heterogeneous sources.
- Five years of experience with Star, Snowflake schemas, SQL, No
SQL databases, cloud platforms, and related services. - Five years of experience with Object‑oriented and functional programming (Python, Unix, Linux, Perl).
- Five years of experience with relational and non‑relational databases.
- Three years debugging performance issues in large‑scale production environments.
- Three years of experience with micro‑services, scalability, and data pipelines.
- Three years of expertise in marketing campaign automation and experience with Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
Employer will accept a Master’s degree with three years of experience for each of the listed skills.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $167,835 – $168,835. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions.
