UX Designer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and digital solutions sector, is seeking a UX Designer to join their innovative team. As a UX Designer, you will be part of the UX/UI Development department supporting product teams focused on creating intuitive and impactful user experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and a passion for user-centered design, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Lead and execute User-Centered Design (UCD) processes from discovery to delivery

+ Translate complex functional requirements and user insights into simple, accessible user interfaces using Figma

+ Align design decisions with business goals and user needs through personas, experience journeys, and user flows

+ Leverage AI-assisted workflows to enhance speed and quality in design exploration and prototyping

+ Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprints, stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives

** What's Needed?*
* + 5+ years of UX design experience, with a focus on complex solutions in diverse technology stacks

+ Proficiency in Figma for wire framing, prototyping, and collaboration

+ Strong understanding of User-Centered Design principles, methods, and tools

+ Experience working in Agile environments and partnering with engineering teams on implementation details

+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, to articulate design decisions effectively
