Role Overview

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 12+ years' experience leading ERP/Finance implementations, optimizations, and rollouts
• 7+ years in a people management role
• Success managing large scale enterprise ecosystems in partnership with senior functional leaders
• Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, results orientation
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to bridge requirements across stakeholders
• Experience with AI/ML integration into enterprise workflows
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and enterprise data platforms
• Certifications or experience in relevant platforms (Workday, serviceNow, Oracle, UiPath, etc.)
