We seek a Service Desk Technician II to join the support team in a hybrid role (Iselin, NJ) with some travel to local client sites and on-call availability as scheduled.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on IT support in MSP or corporate IT, strong Windows 10/11 and basic Windows Server experience, plus AD/DNS/DHCP, M365 administration, and Remote Desktop
