Thorlabs in Newton, NJ is seeking an IT Specialist I to support end-user and production IT services, including endpoints, cloud services, printing, A/V, and network connectivity. You will document incidents and resolutions in our ITSM system and help maintain SLA performance.
Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining endpoint OS, assisting IT networks and cloud teams, onboarding new hires, and providing night/weekend coverage as needed. U.S. Person; 1–3 years of experience preferred.
