Cyrus One is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to act as the central point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails, alerts and non-complex IT tasks. You will own issues, perform Level 1 troubleshooting, and assist with cabinet or cage setups and cable tests in a fast-paced data center environment.
Hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with on-site responsibilities. Must have strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills, plus experience in technology and ticketing systems.
