DevOps Engineer

Fusion is looking for a Dev Ops Engineer to join us in Woodbridge, NJ, helping build and scale the infrastructure behind our healthcare platform, someone who's as comfortable automating deployments as they are hardening CI/CD pipelines and keeping our systems reliable under real-world load. You'll work closely with our engineering team to keep things running smoothly and securely, while helping us raise the bar on how we ship software.

This role is vital to our organization's mission and growth, and if selected, you'll work on the following challenging and interesting projects:

• The IT Dev Ops team is vital to our organizations mission and growth
• As a Senior Dev Ops Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, deploying, and managing secure, scalable cloud environments to support our Azure-based EHR solutions
• You will lead cloud migration initiatives, develop CI/CD pipeline automation, and set Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices for client environments
• Advanced Azure Tools & Feature Management:
  Implement and manage Azure components, including Application Gateway with IP whitelisting, App Container Services, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Data Factory, Logic Apps, and Traffic Manager
• Configure environments for containerized applications, incorporating Dev Ops automation to streamline deployments
• Infrastructure as Code & Automation:
  Develop and maintain
  
  IaCsolutions using Terraform to enable repeatable, version-controlled infrastructure
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management, including CI/CD pipeline configuration with Git Lab, Octopus Deploy, and other Dev Ops tools
• Monitoring, Security, & Compliance:
  Implement robust monitoring at the application, process, and resource levels to ensure high performance and security
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for data protection

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of Azure experience, with advanced skills in secure, optimized cloud architectures
• While we are looking for the brightest minds around, ideal Fusionites should be strong problem solvers, be able to work independently, havegreat communication skills, and have a fun/energetic personality
• This position requires a strong technical background in Azure, Dev Ops, and cloud security
• Environment Configuration & Infrastructure Management:
  Design and build secure, best-practice Azure cloud environments with Resource Groups, VNETs, subnets, and autoscaling capabilities
• Deploy andoptimizeIIS VMs with redundancy and autoscaling to meet high-performance demands
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
  Document architectures, configurations, and best practices for scalability, security, and operational efficiency
• Champion knowledge sharing within the team and across departments, ensuring best practices are consistently applied
• Skills in Application Gateway, App Container Services, Service Bus, Data Factory, Logic Apps, and Traffic Manager
• Strong Ia Cskills  using Terraform, along with Dev Ops automation experience using tools like Git Lab and Octopus Deploy
• Background in cloud security best practices, including firewall configurations, Network Security Groups (NSGs), andiDP
