Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

As a Digital Channel Analyst, you will be part of a team at Affinity Federal Credit Union responsible for delivering best-in-class Digital solutions.

The Digital Channel Analyst manages solutions and enhancements and is the second level of front-line support for the business units (Branches, Call Center and Business Banking teams, etc.). This individual should have an elevated working knowledge of Digital Channel platforms, many business applications and related interfaces. This individual will be expected to leverage their knowledge to identify and coordinate system changes, assist the business with the creation of new features or functionality, and make recommendations for application optimization.

This position is HYBRID, with some on-site work required at our corporate headquarters in Basking Ridge, NJ.

The starting salary range for this position is between $75k and $80k and commensurate with experience. The wage/salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several qualifying factors, including but not limited to: years of relevant experience, years of industry experience, education, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serves as subject matter expert for the Retail and Business Digital Banking platforms.
  • Develop and sustain collaborative relationships across the organization.
  • Responds within established SLAs to escalated incidents and problems.
  • Manages, monitors the corporate IT change control process and effectively communicates to the Director of Digital Channel and IT leadership.
  • Performs testing of systems and applications including the development of effective test plans and analysis of testing results.
  • Develop testing criteria and coordinate testing efforts with departments or quality control individuals.
  • Utilizes the vendor client site, focus and advisory groups, and training events to stay informed of all applicable information about assigned core business applications.
  • Adhere to the project management approach, methodology and toolset for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of the project.
  • Manages hot fixes, releases and system upgrades relating to the Retail and Business Banking Digital Channel platforms.
  • Partners with the business owners to develop and maintain security access for the relevant systems.
  • Act as the primary liaison to specific department’s business analysts and product owners to support their business initiatives through systems evolution.
  • Evaluate business requirements in the context of our overall system architecture taking in mind the end-to-end experience including the members and the back-office teams.
  • Perform gap analysis between business requirements and the current state of the technical and functionality of the systems and the data.
  • Coordinate and assist the Director of Digital Channels with solutions for complex, cross-functional requirements that cross multiple areas of the business.
  • Stay abreast of the current and future technology features set relevant to our organization, the Digital Channel industry, general industry IT trends, and provide recommendations for adoption.
  • All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 3-5 years' experience within the Digital Channel environment at a Bank or Credit Union
