- Coordinate end-to-end air import shipments of automotive vehicles
- Prepare import documentation to facilitate the import process
- Review air waybills and commercial invoices for compliance
- Communicate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Manage payments to airlines and freight charges
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Prior experience in freight forwarding operations and International Logistics
- Experience in air imports
- Strong knowledge of import documentation requirements
- Familiarity with freight forwarding operations and international logistics
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with logistics software and systems preferred
Demonstrates expertise in coordinating air import shipments and managing import documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders in the logistics process.
