Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bilingual Dispatcher (English/Mandarin) to support our transportation operations in Port Reading, NJ. This on-site role is responsible for coordinating and tracking LTL and FTL shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining clear communication with carriers, drivers, and internal teams.

• Dispatch and coordinate LTL and FTL shipments from pickup to final delivery.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on delays, issues, or exceptions.
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, brokers, and customers in both English and Mandarin.
• Post, book, and manage loads using DAT Load Board.
• Verify rate confirmations, delivery details, and documentation accuracy.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems in a timely manner.
• Support daily transportation operations and assist with problem resolution as needed.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• At least 2 years of experience as a dispatcher or transportation coordinator.
• Hands-on experience with DAT Load Board.
• Solid understanding of LTL and FTL shipping operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work on-site, full-time, in Port Reading, NJ.

• Experience working with multiple carriers and brokers.
• Familiarity with TMS or logistics management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Full-time, on-site

Monday–Friday (8:30AM - 5PM)

Pay: $21 - $27 per hour
