dream medical is working with a practice in the yeovil area who urgently require a full time advanced nurse practitioner. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced advanced nurse practitioner to join a friendly, training practice. The ideal candidate will be a prescriber with a passion for patient centred care and experience in managing an acute care setting, minor illness and telephone triage.
Duties include working within the acute care team managing chronic diseases, prefferably diabetes. This role is full time, salary is negotiable dependent on experience. A full range of benefits are on offer including nhs pension.
