7-Eleven is seeking a Market Leader Trainee - Retail Sales to lead Area Leaders across 100–150 stores in the assigned region. You will influence daily operations, sales growth and profitability while developing leadership skills in a fast-paced, store-level environment.
The role requires 5–10 years of related experience with P&L responsibility; a BS/BA and MBA preferred. Traveling up to 25% and relocation as needed are expected. A company vehicle is provided after appointment.
