The Clinical Research Finance Coordinator will provide financial management and clinical trial budget development support exclusively for the Vaccine Testing Center (VTC).
Responsibilities- salary distribution oversight
- industry-sponsored clinical trial budget development and tracking
- financial reporting
- invoicing coordination
- operational forecasting
This role works closely with VTC leadership and institutional partners to ensure fiscal accuracy and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
- Four or more years of experience in sponsored research finance, clinical trial budgeting, or academic medical center research administration.
Previous experience with clinical research.
Anticipated Pay Range $55,000-$65,000
Special Conditions- A probationary period may be required
- Contingent on continued funding
- This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy
