Premier Development is looking for a reliable, skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to join our onsite community team. If you enjoy hands‑on troubleshooting, fixing things right the first time, and helping residents feel at home, this is a great fit for you.

In this role, you'll handle day‑to‑day repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and help keep our community running smoothly and looking great.

• Work Orders:
  Complete daily resident service requests for general plumbing, basic electrical, light carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Preventative Maintenance:
  Inspect buildings, common areas, and mechanicals regularly to spot and fix minor issues before they become big problems.
• Turnovers:
  Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents (minor repairs, hardware replacement, safety checks).
• Resident Communication:
  Provide friendly, professional updates to residents while completing work orders in their homes.
• Safety & Standards:
  Maintain clean work areas, follow safety protocols, and ensure the community grounds are well‑maintained.

• Experience:
  
  1+ years of experience in residential, apartment, or commercial building maintenance.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Hands‑on experience with basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, drywall repair, and general maintenance.
• Certifications:
  
  EPA / HVAC Certification is a strong plus
• Tools & Transport:
  Valid driver's license and your own basic hand tools required.
• Availability:
  Willingness to participate in a shared, rotating on‑call schedule for after-hours emergencies. NOT EVERY WEEKEND
