This role is vital to our organization s mission and growth, and if selected, you ll work on the following challenging and interesting projects:

• Design, build, and maintain applied AI solutions that streamline operational workflows, such as automating document generation, request intake, data extraction, decision support, and internal knowledge retrieval
• Develop and manage automation pipelines using platforms like  (and similar tools) to connect systems such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, databases, and internal applications
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation and AI opportunities across Operations, Implementation, Support, and Clinical teams, focusing on measurable efficiency gains and risk reduction
• Build AI-powered tools (e.g., internal chatbots, RAG-based knowledge assistants, automated review or validation processes) that support staff in executing complex, compliance-driven workflows
• Partner closely with subject matter experts (clinical, operational, technical) to translate real business problems into scalable automation and AI solutions
• Prototype and iterate quickly, balancing speed with reliability, security, and maintainability
• Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve existing automations and AI solutions to ensure accuracy, performance, and long-term value
• Document solutions and establish best practices to ensure maintainability, transparency, and knowledge sharing across the organization
• Stay current on applied AI and automation trends, recommending practical tools and approaches that can be safely and effectively adopted
