We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to support a large‑scale Financial Crimes organization. This role focuses on building advanced data‑driven solutions, integrating complex systems, and leveraging emerging Agentic AI capabilities to enhance risk detection, automation, and investigative workflows. The ideal candidate brings deep Python expertise, strong data‑engineering fundamentals, and hands‑on experience with modern AI agent frameworks.

• Develop and maintain Python‑based applications and services supporting financial‑crimes initiatives.
• Design, build, and integrate APIs for data ingestion, system interoperability, and workflow automation.
• Work extensively with RDS and relational data structures to support analytical and operational use cases.
• Write complex SQL queries and interact with large datasets to support data processing and analysis.
• Apply Agentic AI methodologies—including Agents, LLMs, ARQs, MCP, and related frameworks—to enhance system intelligence and automation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions, best practices, and modernization efforts within the technology organization.

• 5+ years of experience as a Python Developer or in a similar software engineering role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with RDS and relational database technologies.
• Proven experience designing, consuming, and integrating APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with structured data.
• Demonstrated experience with Agentic AI, including:
  • AI Agents
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • ARQs, MCP, or similar frameworks

• Experience in the financial services or financial‑crimes domain.
• Exposure to PySpark or distributed data‑processing frameworks.
• Familiarity with React or modern UI technologies
