Job Title: Software Engineer - Actimise Case Manager
Location: Iselin, NJ (On-site)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $76/hr - W2 ONLY, NO C2C
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with experience in NICE Actimise Case Management (Act One/RCM) to join our development team. This role involves designing, coding, and configuring Actimise Case Manager applications while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet technical and business goals.
Responsibilities- Provide technical consultation and support in the development and enhancement of computer applications.
- Analyze business requirements and create detailed technical specifications for new or redesigned solutions.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document complex software systems.
- Lead technical initiatives, code reviews, and contribute to test strategies and automation.
- Develop custom Java plugins for Actimise Case Manager (Act One/RCM).
- Perform unit testing, peer reviews, and assist in overall systems and production testing.
- Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards.
- Support configuration management and CI/CD processes.
- Participate in resolving escalated technical issues and production problems.
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of development with NICE Actimise Case Management (Act One/RCM).
- 1+ years hands‑on experience developing Act One/RCM Java plugins.
- Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and knowledge of Java memory models.
- Experience in 12‑factor app design and Cloud‑native patterns (AWS, Azure, PCF).
- Experience with test automation tools (JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin).
- CI/CD experience using Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Git Hub Actions.
- Experience with relational and No
SQL databases (Oracle DB, SQL Server, Mongo
DB). - 2+ years of experience with Kafka and working in Agile environments.
- Ability to simplify and translate complex technical needs for cross‑functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical specifications.
