Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize Snowflake data platforms and pipelines.
- Develop PySpark-based ETL/ELT solutions.
- Integrate Snowflake with AWS/Azure services.
- Implement data governance, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
- Mentor team members and provide architectural guidance.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5–7+ years in Snowflake.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake and PySpark.
- Experience building enterprise data warehouse solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- P&C Insurance domain experience is a plus.
