Abacus Corporation - Up to $20.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Perform continuous yard checks to document trailer numbers, locations, seal numbers, and trailer status (loaded/empty).;
Maintain an up-to-date yard map or digital yard management system (YMS).;
Coordinate with gate guards, security, or transportation providers to ensure accurate logging of arrivals and departures.;
Communicate trailer movement needs to yard jockeys/hostlers and prioritize dock door assignments.;
Provide updates to transportation coordinators regarding detention, empty trailer availability, and carrier equipment status.
