Kessler Sales & Distribution is an American plumbing supply company with roots established in Paterson, NJ in 1935. Now located in Woodbridge, NJ we are growing more than ever and looking for an experienced truck driver with warehouse experience to join our team in this dynamic role!

Yard jockey CDL Class A/ Warehouse Operator (M-F 9:00AM-6:00PM)
We are urgently hiring for a full-time yard jockey/warehouse associate with a CDL Class

A. Must have acceptable Class A CDL record and forklift experience. Candidate will operate commercial trucks on property and assist in warehouse responsibilities in this role. Company offers medical, dental, vision, 401K, sick, vacation time and union after 60 days. Days of operation are Monday through Friday.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Responsible for efficiently and accurately moving flatbed trucks from lot to dock
• Ensure safety by performing routing housekeeping tasks
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
• Load material onto flatbed truck using a forklift
• Abide by all safety rules, regulations and procedures
• Sort, label and store product safely in a designated area
• Perform duties as requested by management
• Assist in warehouse as needed, mandatory overtime availability is required

Requirements

• Ability to operate a manual transmission required
• Pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Ability to walk, sit, and stand for long periods throughout the day
• Follow all DOT regulations
• Associate should possess oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Demonstrate superior math skills, with ability to calculate quantities of product on hand
• Capable of being certified on power industrial equipment.
