Big Bodega Cards is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Jersey City, NJ! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in getting orders out the door accurately and on time for our sports card live streams. • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
• Conduct high level of communication with other coworkers and management
• Process outbound shipments using shipping software and carrier platforms (UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, etc.)
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/fulfillment area
• Verify order accuracy and perform quality control checks before shipment
• Track and manage shipping supplies and packaging materials inventory
• Assist with returns processing and restocking

• Prior experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics preferred
• Familiarity with sports / trading card industry
• Availability for overtime and coverage of shifts
• Ability to pass standard background check
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods
• Basic computer skills; experience with shipping platforms is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to work / adapt efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
