Skilled Millwright Mechanic

Candidates should have at least five years of experience and hold a current Ontario Journeyman Millwright Ticket. Responsibilities include installing machinery, inspecting for issues, and engaging in the welding and machining processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Align and install stationary industrial machinery effectively

• Operate machine tools for part fabrication as needed

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment for operational efficiency

• Clean and conduct routine maintenance on all machinery

• Take part in Lean initiatives to improve workflow

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of millwright experience

• Must have Ontario Journeyman Millwright certification

• Successful completion of a 3-4 year apprenticeship

• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and gear pumps

• Ability to safely work at heights and all shifts
