Summary:
The Marketing Product Manager is responsible for developing, positioning, launching, and continuously improving the Marketing of Fastfrate Group's portfolio of transportation, logistics, warehousing, distribution, customs, and supply chain solutions. This role serves as a key link between Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, and the operating companies within Fastfrate Group, ensuring that services are clearly defined, competitively positioned, effectively brought to market, and supported with the tools and programs required to drive customer acquisition, cross-selling, and profitable revenue growth.
In this role, the successful candidate will work across multiple brands and business units within the Fastfrate Group portfolio, collaborating closely with sales, operations, leadership teams, and external partners. This position requires a strong combination of creativity, project management, business acumen, and communication skills.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Compensation: Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

In this role, you will:
Product & Service Portfolio Management
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Fastfrate Group’s products, services, capabilities, geographic coverage, target markets, and competitive positioning.
- Serve as the primary Marketing owner for Shipping systems and Fastfrate websites.
- Clearly define each product or service including its target customers, customer needs, value proposition, key benefits, competitive differentiators, service capabilities, and supporting proof points.
- Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging frameworks that can be consistently used across Marketing and Sales.
- Identify opportunities to enhance, reposition, bundle, or expand existing products and services.
- Identify opportunities to combine capabilities from multiple Fastfrate Group companies into integrated customer solutions.
