Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with customers, insurance representatives, Project Managers, and other project stakeholders.;
Monitor active mitigation projects daily, including job status, work-in-progress, documentation requirements, and outstanding action items.;
Create and update preliminary estimates using industry-specific estimating software, subject to Project Manager review and approval.;
Review job-site documentation for accuracy and completeness, including photographs, notes, forms, equipment records, moisture documentation, authorizations, and supporting documents.;
Identify missing or incomplete documentation and follow up with Project Managers and field personnel.
