Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Woodbridge. The role offers Mon–Fri afternoon shifts and pay ranging from $22–$23 per hour for direct therapy, with $10 per hour for paid non-billable time such as training and meetings.
A BCBA is assigned to the case, ensuring support and supervision throughout the caseload. You must have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and prior ABA experience, plus the ability to work in
