We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join as
General Labour / Production Associates at our Automotive Manufacturing client
. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location:
Highway 407 & Weston Road, Woodbridge, ON

Shift: Night Shift – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Pay Rate: $20.10/hour + 4% vacation pay

• Perform general assembly, production, machine operation, and inspection duties as required.
• Assemble or fabricate products and sub-assemblies according to established procedures and production targets.
• Operate machinery and perform manual production tasks as assigned.
• Inspect products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives within the production area.
• Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and production guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Immediately report unsafe conditions, workplace injuries, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as required to support team and production objectives.

• Previous experience as an Assembler, Machine Operator, General Labourer, or Warehouse Associate is preferred, particularly within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and a positive work attitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions and established procedures.

• Must haveCSA-approved steel-toed safety shoes/boots.
• Must have and be comfortable wearing safety glasses, safety vest, and earplugs throughout the work shift.
• Must be available to workfull-time, 40 hours per week.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting upto 40 lbs and performing physical work.
