Production Associate / Production Line, Assembly
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join as
General Labour / Production Associates at our Automotive Manufacturing client
. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Highway 407 & Weston Road, Woodbridge, ON
Shift: Night Shift – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $20.10/hour + 4% vacation pay
Key Responsibilities:- Perform general assembly, production, machine operation, and inspection duties as required.
- Assemble or fabricate products and sub-assemblies according to established procedures and production targets.
- Operate machinery and perform manual production tasks as assigned.
- Inspect products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives within the production area.
- Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and production guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Immediately report unsafe conditions, workplace injuries, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Perform other duties as required to support team and production objectives.
- Previous experience as an Assembler, Machine Operator, General Labourer, or Warehouse Associate is preferred, particularly within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and a positive work attitude.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions and established procedures.
- Must haveCSA-approved steel-toed safety shoes/boots.
- Must have and be comfortable wearing safety glasses, safety vest, and earplugs throughout the work shift.
- Must be available to workfull-time, 40 hours per week.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting upto 40 lbs and performing physical work.
