Xfinity Field Sales Professional (Woodbridge

Job Summary

Responsible for promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf. Focus on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships and meet sales targets, leveraging extensive product knowledge and sales experience.

• Showcase Comcast product expertise and promote/sell to customers by door‑to‑door canvassing in assigned area.
• Demonstrate current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns.
• Communicate and develop rapport with customers effectively, evaluating individual customers’ existing and potential product needs and making recommendations.
• Increase customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models and unique benefits over other service providers.
• Evaluate offers from other companies and frame a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast.
• Meet the physical requirements of the job, including walking and/or traveling door‑to‑door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions.
• Where applicable, obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Base Pay: $41,488.00

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $85,488.00

• High School Diploma / GED.
• 2–5 Years of relevant work experience.
• Physical ability to walk and travel door‑to‑door in all weather conditions.
• Required licenses or credentials to sell and/or design alarm systems, if applicable.
• Must work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
