• Managing appointment scheduling and patient check-ins/check-outs.
• Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Assisting with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
• Working with patients and learning to perform basic ophthalmic testing skills.

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Availability to work part-time during mornings and afternoons.
