POSITION OVERVIEWThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Automotive Technician supporting operations at Lucki Mazda of Woodbridge. In this role, you will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on vehicles from leading automotive manufacturers while helping deliver a trustworthy, high‑quality customer experience.
You will work alongside a collaborative team that values integrity, continuous learning, accountability, and respect.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Complete repairs accurately, efficiently, and safely
- Read and interpret schematics, repair procedures, and service information
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers when needed
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and respectful work environment
- Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Experience working on vehicles through a dealership, independent shop, technical program, military service, fleet environment, or hands‑on personal experience
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Bilingual communication skills a plus
- Experience using diagnostic software and tools is a plus
- Automotive certifications are a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Automotive Technology education or related training is a plus

This role is based on‑site within a professional dealership operations environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining high standards for safety, professionalism, and customer care.
