As a Production Partner, you are the bridge between vision and execution — helping a top-producing Rainmaker stay focused on their 20%, while ensuring every client receives a five-star experience. You are the operational and service backbone that keeps the business moving FORWARD.

• Own the end-to-end client journey alongside a top-producing agent.
• Coordinate and attend:
• Showings
• Inspections
• Contractor meetings
• Client appointments
• Write and review contracts, addenda, and related documents.
• Host open houses and manage listing assets (lockboxes, signs, booties).
• Deliver items such as EMDs, marketing materials, and signage.
• Maintain tight coordination with the Transaction Coordinator.
• Handle listing marketing prep, event logistics, and follow-up.
• Provide occasional evening/weekend coverage as needed.
• Build and nurture your own sphere, tracking all activity via CAZA standards.
• Attend required trainings, Impact Tuesdays, and team huddles.
• Other tasks as assigned by your lead/rainmaker agent that fit the scope of the role of Production Partner.
