POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Bilingual Service Advisor supporting operations at Lucki Mazda of Woodbridge. In this role, you will help customers navigate their vehicle service needs while delivering a trustworthy, high‑quality customer experience. You will work alongside a collaborative team that values integrity, continuous learning, accountability, and respect.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Greet customers and assist with vehicle service needs
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding recommended services, timelines, and updates
  • Help create a smooth and positive service experience from check‑in through vehicle pickup
  • Coordinate with technicians and service team members to ensure efficient workflow
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and after‑sales support with professionalism and care
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and customer records
  • Support a clean, organized, and respectful work environment
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, dealership operations, or after‑sales support
  • Ability to work well in a fast‑paced team environment
  • Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
  • Professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
  • Bilingual communication skills preferred (please specify language proficiency when applying)
  • Basic knowledge of the automotive industry or vehicle maintenance is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Automotive training or dealership experience is a plus
