Oversee ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club), audit online feedback, resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues;
Execute Club Pick Up plan, monitor CPU performance, ensure equipment readiness, and align with pickup strategy;
Lead process improvements to improve pickup efficiencies and staffing coverage, collaborating with managers and partners;
Provide member service, assist with self-service technology, and resolve member issues while promoting products and services.
