• Chairside & Clinical
• Partner with our doctors during restorative and preventive procedures, including crown and bridge and implant cases
• Set up operatories for pediatric and sedation appointments
• Capture high-quality digital X-rays (bitewings, PAs, occlusals, panoramic)
• Prepare materials: impressions, cements, composites, sealants
• Monitor nitrous oxide/sedation and support emergency and urgent care visits
• Build genuine, trust-based relationships with patients and their families
• Deliver clear, confident post-op guidance to parents
• Keep sterilization and OSHA protocols locked in, every time
• Team Culture
• Keep instrument turnover moving in a fast-paced schedule
• Collaborate seamlessly with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and front desk

• Mentor new teammates as they get up to speed

• 4+ years of dental assisting experience
• X-ray certification (VA)
• Solid knowledge of dental procedures, plus nitrous oxide and pre/post-op protocols
• A calm, positive touch for managing patient behavior
• CPR certification
• Sharp multitasking skills and clear communication
• Digital radiography/scanning experience (a plus)
• Reliability, punctuality, and true team spirit
