As a Landscape Architect, you will manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and of the highest quality.   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related f

  5+ years of progressive experience with demonstrated project management responsibili
• ties.
  5+ years of experience working within Northern Virginia jurisdictions (Fairfax, Arlington, Prince William, Loud
• oun).Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design t
• ools.
  
  Experience with 3D modeling platforms such as Sketch Up, Enscape, and similar soft
• ware.
  
  Knowledge of entitlement processes, local codes, and permitting requirem
• ents.
  
  Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and client relations
