Overview
- Clinical & Teaching Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients
- Supervise, mentor, and educate medical students and residents in the ambulatory setting
- Serve as a clinical educator within a new Internal Medicine residency program
- Participate in curriculum development, learner evaluation, and resident continuity clinic
- Serve as a clinical role model emphasizing evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including nursing, care coordination, and specialty services
- Contribute to quality improvement, scholarly, and educational initiatives within Sentara.

Strong interest in outpatient medicine and graduate medical education
