Substitute Teacher Childcare

LLE Education Group is excited to welcome enthusiastic "on-call" Substitute Teachers for our Child Care centers. As a Substitute you will assist in covering key positions. • This is an hourly position that is on demand with competitive pay
• Substitutes will be scheduled for all shifts Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:30 am to 6:00 pm or 6:00 am to 6:30 pm
• This position reports to the Center Director
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities

• Ability to travel and cover positions within the district (Stafford, Triangle, Woodbridge, Lorton, Dale City)
• Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students
• Support children through learning, play, meals, and rest
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring classroom environment
• Collaborate with your team to develop creative curriculum ideas
• Communicate with families daily through mobile apps and personal updates
• Cover lunch, breaks, and other duties as assigned
• Love children and early childhood education

• Love teaching and know how to create teachable moments
• Are passionate about education and lifelong learning
• Believe that parents are partners in their child’s education

• CDA, ECE certificate, associate's or bachelor's degree in ECE or related field or equivalent coursework (preferred
  - High School Diploma or equivalent Required)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a related role for a licensed childcare or educational facility required
• Ability to meet Virginia licensing standards and pass a background check
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on program needs

• The hourly rate for these positions is between $16.00 - $20.00 per hour.
• The pay range listed here is what LLE Group in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
• Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
