Core Responsibilities- Policy & Procedure: Develop, implement, and update policies for quality, risk, and compliance (e.g., data privacy, anti-corruption).
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, including credit, market, and operational risks.
- Auditing & Monitoring: Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
- Training & Awareness: Educate employees on policies, procedures, and regulatory changes.
- Incident Response: Investigate compliance breaches, complaints, and report issues.
- Advisory: Provide guidance to management and departments on regulatory implications of business activities.
