Prepare
closing documents accurately and issue to closing attorneys and/or title
companies.
Verify
that the required accurate closing documentation is in file
Ensure
that closing packages are accurately and efficiently generated for all mortgage
products
Responsible
for accurately selecting APR fees and making necessary changes to complete sale
of the loan
Check
settlement statement from attorney prior to closing and make any relevant
changes
Approve
final HUD1 settlement statement
Coordinate
loan funding with the accounting department and the closing attorney
Perform
other related duties as requested
High
School graduate with 2+ years of loan closing experience in mortgage industry
High
School Graduate with 2+ years of loan closing experience in the mortgage
industry
High
level of attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
Ability
to thrive in a fast-paced environment
