As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Woodbridge, VA.

Job Description
  • Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2,000,000 in sales revenue.
  • Achieve business results through leadership and productive collaboration with ecosystem partners.
  • Lead proactive lead generation and appointments inside and outside of the branch.
  • Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
  • Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under $2,000,000 in sales revenue; translate client information into actionable sales strategy and tactics.
  • Generate quality referrals to ecosystem partners and leverage tools and protocols to maximize business results.
  • Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI, working with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage, and introduce clients as appropriate.
  • Hold partners accountable for routine updates and referral follow‑up.
  • Provide exceptional client hospitality and well‑being through advanced conversation skills and tailored solutions across deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing.
  • Resolve client problems courteously and urgently, escalating when necessary, acting as an advocate across product, support, operations and other departments, identifying trends and unique client needs.
  • Assist branch team in identifying consumer and business banking opportunities to generate referrals and follow up on independent opportunities to expand share of wallet.
  • Create client loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated experience.
  • Engage clients in the lobby to connect and position PNC products, educate on financial transaction options, and leverage technology and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems, driving loyalty.
  • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and heightened scrutiny to avoid loss.
  • Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Pay & Incentives

Base salary: $63,000.00 – $. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible; payment is based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
