We are looking for virtual and in‑person therapists at our new location in Manassas, VA. Positions are available on a hybrid or fully remote basis.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution
- Full VA clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or be a master’s‑level supervisee/resident working toward licensure, with the ability to practice independently
- Experience in completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services promptly
- Experience and comfort working with diverse populations
- Demonstrated ability to maintain stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Experience with children, adolescents, and young adults
- Proficiency with standard office technology and electronic health record systems (experience with Valant is a plus)
- Ability to pass a background check
